CSavage 2018…..Karen Alexander, the Computer Tutor, has been a blessing in my life. I’m 76 years old and as computer iliterate as most 100 year olds. Whenever I have a problem or question, I always turn to Karen, if I cannot figure it out myself. If something pops up on my computer telling me I have to do something or update something and I am not sure of it, I forward it to Karen or take a screenshot of it and send it to her for clarifying. I gave her access to my computer and she can resolve things remotely. She has advised me about buying a new computer, how my iPhone works, how to take photos with my iPhone and post them to Nextdoor App, about my Wifi and anything that uses it. She is always kind, never condescending and understands my vocabulary of, “thingy”, “whatchamacallit” and myriad other words I use to explain what’s happening. Best of all, she resolves my problems! She will even negotiate better deals for phone, TV & Internet service and utilities.

BMcNatt 2013…..Several years ago, at just the right time, I met Karen the Computer Tutor. My dad and I were on our way to Sam’s and we saw this car with a sign in the window that said Computer Tutor. We had just set up our computer and needed much help. As we turned into Sam’s, we noticed this car turning in there too. When we got inside, Karen was standing at the front of the store and, my daddy being a talkative guy, got to visiting with her…thus a long friendship had begun. Karen helped me set up my computer and started making me books of instructions to use it. After helping me to buy many computer parts and setting me up with many helpful and necessary programs, we have become even closer in friendship. Karen even took a virtual tour of my daughter’s new home in Colorado. She has really become a part of our family and I am very grateful for that day when we happened to meet at Sam’s. God put us together at just the right time and I thank Him for one of my sweetest friendships.
BStrawn 2013…..In 2009, a friend recommended Karen for my computer help. Have found her to be knowledgeable, patient and very detailed. Lately, she has installed “remote access” on my computer. This enables aren to help me from her home at times she can not come to my home. I also, consider Karen a friend.
